:) ... I know
Honestly this is the one place that I've never had a bad experience in. Except for that one time they gave me all those unnecessary fees because all my checks bounced! It was their fault, they didn't code a check I deposited or something...but they fixed it. It took a little time and was quite annoying, but hey...can't help human error, right?
Anyways, I went into Wachoiva today to deposit a check because I didn't have any deposit slips or even a pen in my car. Since there weren't any slips on the little "form table," I had to ask someone for them. He very nicely handed me one and added a stacks to the empty cubbie. Which was followed by a genuine, "Thanks for letting me know we were out!"
Just for the visual, the "Form Table" is set-up basically in the middle of the line to the tellers.
While I'm filling out my deposit slip, an older lady comes in towards the Teller line. She walks past me, then turns around, "Oh my, I'm so sorry! I just completely cut in front of you!" Keep in mind, I'm still haunched over the table, writing away. Of course I tell her, "No way! Go ahead..." I mean--she definitely shouldn't have to wait on me, right?
While standing in line, I heard an almost identical conversation from 2 other people in line. Is it customary for people to do that?
Lastly, I did my own good deed by picking up an elderly man's keys he dropped.
Props and Snaps to Wachovia, too bad they're about to be a dumb Wells Fargo...
